The role requires someone with excellent communication skills to handle both inbound and outbound sales calls. Responsibilities:

• Process customer orders from inbound phone calls, email and ordering platforms ensuring that the correct process is always followed accurately.
• Provide support and comprehensive product / service information to customers.
• Provide feedback to the company about customer satisfaction.
• Conduct outbound sales calls in line with sales team call scheduling strategy to promote and drive sales of Braehead Foods products.
• Maintain detailed, accurate records of calls made and follow ups required in the CRM system.
• Organise sales appointments for outfield sales team members to attend.
• Nurture and develop strong relationships with new, existing, and lapsed customers in conjunction with outfield territory sales manager.
• Analyse sales trends and patterns to identify opportunities to maximise sales.
