Delivery FAQs

We deliver to UK mainland plus Scottish Islands.
Yes, we operate a fleet of dual temp vans and trucks to ensure all products arrive in peak condition.
Orders can be collected from our warehouse at 7 Moorfield Park, Kilmarnock, KA2 0FE. When you place your order, please make our Customer Care Team aware that you’d like to collect, and they will advise on a time for pick-up.

Finance FAQs

Statements are sent on the last day of the month to the email address supplied when opening your account.
Invoices are sent along with the delivery, and we also email a copy to the nominated accounts email address.
Minimum order value is £75. Any order less than £75 will only be accepted at discretion of the company and incur a £5 delivery charge.
It is company policy to place an account on hold for an unpaid account until payment has been made in full for the overdue amount.

Payment Terms

Payment of invoices shall be made strictly by weekly Direct Debit. Failure to adhere to these terms will result in suspension of further deliveries and removal of future credit facilities. Interest will be charged on unpaid debt at a rate of 5% per annum above bank base rate and all costs, expenses and legal costs related to the collection of unpaid debt, will be due.

Claims/Credits

Any claims for credit should be reported within 24 hours. Goods ordered in error must be returned with the driver on day of delivery.

Risk and Title of Goods

The risk in the goods passes to the buyer upon delivery but property in the goods remains with Braehead Foods Ltd and shall only pass from Braehead Foods Ltd to the buyer upon full payment being made by the buyer of all sums due on account.
The buyer agrees that prior to full payment being made, Braehead Foods Ltd may at any time repossess the goods and enter upon the buyer’s premises and remove the goods therefrom (and dispose of the same in any manner it may decide).

All prices published are subject to variation without prior notice. Prices are exclusive of VAT

Data Protection

Braehead Foods Limited will make a search with a Credit Reference Agency. A record will be kept of that search and information may be shared with other companies. We may also make a search on the personal credit file of principal directors. We may also pass and share your information with carefully selected third parties for the purpose of account opening, credit vetting and account management
