With more than 2,000 ingredients sourced from around the world, maintaining the integrity and traceability of our supply chain is a significant part of our Technical operation.
We work closely with approved suppliers, carrying out risk assessments, supplier reviews and audits to help ensure ingredients meet our requirements for food safety, quality, authenticity, ethical sourcing and regulatory compliance.
Traceability is maintained throughout the supply chain, giving our customers confidence in the provenance and integrity of the products we supply.

Our Technical team works closely with colleagues across Production Kitchen, Procurement, Operations and our culinary and development teams to support everything from new product development and specifications to allergen management, labelling, supplier approval and ongoing quality assurance.
