Throughout the last 15 years using Braehead foods I have always found the company and people within it amazing and very passionate, even more so now in my current role as Executive head chef for Heritage portfolio -Sodexo Live – . I work very closely with them whether it be Robbie on a sales front sourcing me the right product for me and building relationships, the fantastic team within the buying department or the amazing NPD team led by the super talented and passionate Shane where I do a lot of work developing products with Shane to the highest standard.
