We’ve recently refined our range to focus on what matters most to busy chefs. Now offering 150 carefully selected products, this relaunch is the result of a full review led by Culinary Director Stuart Leslie (Master Chef of Great Britain), supported by Executive Chef Kenny Sheekey and Development Chef Chris Boreman.
The updated range includes favourites like parfaits, burgers, bon bons, filled chicken breasts, wellingtons, stocks, and more—all made by chefs, for chefs.

We’ve also introduced a Kitchen Essentials range—created in direct response to customer feedback. Designed to support everyday operations with versatile, chef-ready solutions, these products are available day 1 for day 2 delivery in Scotland and day 1 for day 3 in England. Production kitchen
Convenient UK Wide Delivery
Our Production Kitchen carries a core stock range that is available on a Day 1 for Day 2 delivery basis in Scotland, and a Day 1 for Day 3 delivery basis in England. This includes customer favourites such as Chicken Liver Parfait and Haggis Bon Bons.
Stock items can be identified by an ‘S’ at the end of the product code. Out with the core stock range, all other products are available on a Day 1 for Day 5 timeframe.
Our logistics system is designed to meet the needs of chefs and businesses across the country, providing the quality service and fresh produce you expect from Braehead Foods.
