Braehead Foods recently headed to ONE SeedPod in Aberdeen for a customer showcase dedicated to our Production Kitchen range.
Our chefs prepared a wide selection of products throughout the day, giving attendees the opportunity to see – and taste – how our chef-prepared range can support busy professional kitchens across hospitality, events, contract catering, staff feeding and retail.
The event was also an opportunity to get beyond the products themselves and have valuable conversations with customers about the challenges facing their kitchens, from maintaining consistency and quality to managing time, resource and pressure during service.
We were delighted to be joined by Mackintosh of Glendaveny, who travelled from Peterhead to showcase their range of cold-pressed Scottish rapeseed oils alongside our chefs.
