We’re delighted to share a change within the Braehead Foods team as Alan Dickson moves into a new role as Head of Stadia & Events.
Alan brings a strong background in hospitality and a real understanding of what chefs and operators need in fast-paced, high-volume environments. Over the past two years, he has worked closely with Scotland’s largest stadia, supporting customers with menu planning, product solutions and dependable supply — experience that puts him in a great position to lead this growing area of the business.
In his new role, Alan will work with a wider group of stadia and event partners across the UK, supporting them as they plan menus, manage demand and deliver consistently at scale.
Speaking about the move, Alan said:
“I’m really excited to be stepping into this role and working more closely with stadia and event partners across the UK. Having worked closely with Scotland’s largest stadia over the past two years, I’ve seen first-hand how important the right support and ingredients are in fast-moving, high-pressure environments. I’m looking forward to getting out to meet customers, understanding their challenges, and helping them deliver consistently at scale.”
This role will see Alan covering a broader geographical area, so getting out to see everyone will take a little time — but he’s very much looking forward to building those relationships and supporting customers as Braehead Foods continues to grow its Stadia & Events offering.
