This relaunch marks a fresh chapter for Braehead Foods, with over 150 products reviewed, refined, and reworked to bring even more value to busy professional kitchens. Led by Culinary Director Stuart Leslie, recently recognised as a Master Chef of Great Britain, and supported by Executive Chef Kenny Sheekey and Development Chef Chris Boreman, the range has been carefully crafted by chefs, for chefs—with a strong focus on consistency, quality, and real-world practicality.
