Overview

North Scotland Territory Sales Manager covers the following post code areas – PH , AB, IV, DD, KY, you will be required to travel across all areas and visit our head office in Kilmarnock on a monthly basis.

We are a dynamic family business supplying chefs across the UK with menu solutions. We are seeking a dynamic, customer centric and results-driven Sales Manager to drive business growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales management, with a proven track record of achieving targets and developing successful sales strategies. This role requires a passion for delivering outstanding customer service and should have a passion for good food.

Duties

  • Manage a portfolio of existing client relationships
  • Create and drive a pipeline of new opportunities
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company objectives
  • Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management
  • Collaborate with marketing team to create promotional campaigns that align with sales goals.

 

Base Salary: £40,000-£45,000 per year, dependant on experience.

Requirements

  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • 2+ years experience as a Sales Manager in food service or in a similar role within the industry
  • Strong IT skills, proficient in Excel, Outlook, Word & PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making
